Hi, I'm Marivene Z.
Eating rhubarb completely took care of the constipation issues for me. I stew the rhubarb & freeze it in one cup containers, then thaw as needed. I make a batch of strawberry gelatin & use the rhubarb in place of the 2nd cup of water. Makes 4 servings, so I make two batches a week & eat one a day. I have two rhubarb crowns in my garden, so am stewing & freezing ahead to last thru the other half…   Read more…
