No side effects with R-CHOP treatment for lymphoma??

I have completed two rounds of chemo, two r-chop to fight stage 4 mantel cell lymphoma. I had my last hospital stay and got out 1-24-19. Been waiting to have my 3rd r-chop. Blood counts won’t come back up, (anc is below 1) It has been 11 weeks since my last treatment. Is this common, or am I an exception?
